RPM as promised has developed the strongest and most durable silicone upgrade kit for the Patriot Boost line up. The soft rubber OEM tube is problematic even for bone stock sleds. It is simply to thin and is collapsing on itself. RPM's 5 ply HD tubes prevent this from happening while retaining the factory inner seal for the air box. The intake tubes interior dimensions have been port matched to that of the turbo's to create a smooth free flowing path of air for the absolute most velocity. The charge tube is also a 5 PLY HD silicone with the incorporation for a 25mm port allowing for use of the famous RPM BOV. BOV kits are sold separately and are not required. BOV installation requires taping into a vacuum port post reed valves. The factory engine cases do have a casting spot for this. Drilling and tapping is required. All Silicone Hoses use stainless Silicone Safe Worm Gear clamps. A BOV block off cap is included with every charge tube if a BOV kit will not be used.
